Drop-Offs: Sundays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Only Registering on this form does not guarantee a specific day — drop-offs only happen during our regular Sunday hours. Please check our calendar page for holiday closures before planning your visit.

Before You Submit

  1. Confirm your items are on our accepted items list. Only items on the list qualify as donations to Furniture Assist.
  2. Use the date you plan to drop off as the Donation Date — this is the date that appears on your tax receipt.
  3. After submitting, you’ll get a confirmation email with a QR code — bring it (on your phone or printed) when you drop off, so we can check you in quickly.
  4. Your PDF tax receipt will be emailed once our team has processed your donation.

Confirmation Email With Your QR Code

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email with a QR code. Bring it — on your phone or printed — when you drop off, so we can check you in quickly. The code doesn’t expire; if you can’t find it when you arrive, just let us know and we’ll look you up.

Drop Off Your Items

Bring your donation during drop-off hours. Show your QR code at check-in.

After Drop-Off

PDF Tax Receipt Emailed to You

Once processed, your official Furniture Assist tax receipt will be emailed to you as a PDF. Keep it for your records.
