Before You Register
Who Qualifies
Furniture Assist partners with licensed social service agencies in New Jersey that are actively working with families or individuals in need. Your organization must be an established social service agency to qualify as a partner.
What You’ll Need
- Agency name, address, and county
- Agency EIN (Tax ID number)
- Agency website and main phone number
- Primary contact name and work email address
The Registration Process
- Submit this registration form with your agency and primary contact information.
- Furniture Assist reviews your application — this typically takes a few business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation that your submission was received.
- Upon approval, your primary contact receives a welcome email with a secure link to set up their agency portal login. No separate password is required — just click the link to access the portal.
- Once logged in, your primary contact can invite additional staff members who will each receive their own login invitation by email.
- Approved agencies can begin submitting client referrals directly through the portal.
Important Notes
- Only one person should submit the agency registration — duplicate submissions will cause delays in the review process.
- The email address you provide becomes your portal login. Use a work email address you check regularly.
- Portal access is for approved agency staff only and is not transferable.
