Before You Register
Who Qualifies
Furniture Assist partners with licensed social service agencies in New Jersey that are actively working with families or individuals in need. Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit to qualify.
What You’ll Need
- Agency name, address, and website
- Agency EIN (Tax ID) in format 00-0000000
- Primary contact name and direct work email
- Primary contact phone number
The Registration Process
- Submit this registration form with your agency and primary contact information.
- Furniture Assist reviews your application — typically a few business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once received.
- Upon approval, your primary contact receives a welcome email with a secure link to set up their agency portal login. This person becomes the portal administrator for your agency.
- Once logged in, your portal administrator can invite additional staff who each receive their own portal login invitation.
- Approved agencies can begin submitting client referrals directly through the portal.
Important Notes
- Only one person should submit the agency registration — duplicate submissions will cause delays.
- The email address you provide becomes your portal login. Use a work email you check regularly.
- The primary contact you designate will be the portal administrator for your agency and can manage staff access after approval.
- Portal access is for approved agency staff only and is not transferable.

Confirmation Email Sent
A confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Within 2–3 Business Days
Application Review
Our team will review your registration and verify your organization’s 501(c)(3) status using the EIN you provided. We may reach out if we need any additional information.
Upon Approval
Portal Access Invitation
Once approved, your primary contact will receive a welcome email with a secure link to activate their agency portal administrator account. No password required — just click the link.
After Login
Invite Your Team
Once logged in, the portal administrator can invite additional agency staff. Each person will receive their own secure portal login invitation by email.
You’re All Set
Start Referring Clients
Approved agency staff can begin submitting client referrals directly through the portal. Referrals are reviewed by our team and scheduled for Saturday pickup appointments.

- The review process typically takes 2–3 business days. You will receive an email notification either way.
- If your application is not approved, we will explain why and let you know if there are next steps.
