Before You Submit
Have This Information Ready
- Client’s full name, address, and contact information
- Specific furniture items your client needs
- Your agency name and your contact information as the referring staff member
Client Eligibility
- Confirm your client understands they will be contacted to schedule a pickup appointment
- Review our client procedures with your client before submitting — clients are held to these procedures regardless of whether they have been explained
Important Reminders
- When contacting us about a referral, always provide the client’s name so we can respond quickly
- Client calls may be directed to your agency
- All communications are accessible only by authorized Furniture Assist personnel
- If your client cannot keep their appointment, notify us immediately
